It's prolly only worth $200k but his agent Rosenhaus made him put it up for 4.5 mil.

I wonder if the T.O. bust in the foyer is included. You could use it as a dartboard or something, I guess.

It's ridiculous that he can't renegotiate the value of a house he lived in, because he lived in it! Of course it's worth more now!
