It's prolly only worth $200k but his agent Rosenhaus made him put it up for 4.5 mil.

It's ridiculous that he can't renegotiate the value of a house he lived in, because he lived in it! Of course it's worth more now!

Its because the contractor the that built the house was gay, thats why.
