Not sure if any of you guys are into really good coffee or not but home roasted Sumatran, organic free trade beans is incredible. I cant imagine how I drank grocery store coffee before. If you ever get a chance jump at it. You'll need a grinder of course but those are easy to come by.
BTW Guatamalen organic free trade beans are a close second.
The roasting part can be a bit of a pain in the ass as you get tons of smoke while doing it, but I imagine by now 99% of people have hood fans or some sort of venting for their stoves.
