Question about Multivitamin
Ok, I have a pretty standard multivitamin I'm about to start taking. No Iron, lots of high energy shit, but it also has some extra non-normal things in it and I don't want to take anything that could be harmful to me. So anyway, the point of this is, are any of these supplements known to be harmful or potentially harmful? Sillicon 10 mcg, Asian Ginseng 70 mg, EGCG (from green tea leaf) 27 mg, Saw Palmetto 50 mg, Lycopene 600 mcg. Thanks in advance.

Lycopene is naturally occuring in fruits like Tomatos I believe. Supposedly it's the hot supplement right now because it can reduce risk for prostate cancer--important for any man. I haven't read much on it, but know thats what it's being advertised as. Hope it helps.
