Buy Everquest 2 - digital download

For 20$, you can buy EQ2 in Digital Download format complete with the first 30 day subscription. It's a 3gb download overall.

I'm seriously considering it atm since it's been a pain to find retail in my area.

Bought it, downloaded it. Took the time to dust the coke off my nose and started playing.

The client I downloaded was all patch up to Update 14.

Having a blast thus far. Much different than WoW to be sure but as it stands, it's a really enjoyable game. Not sure what's changed between original release till now since I didn't buy it at release.

Overall though it'll be a good distraction.

How loong did it take to DL?

Between 4 and 6 hours abouts. I was getting a steady 120-150KB/s

Played WoW for the evening this downloaded.
