Reunion is a small Island off the coast of Madagascar. It may be a french colony but I'm not sure how much influence the french authorities actually have there.

The inly thing they can do really is pass a law preventing stuff like this(although I believe the people doing this are probably doing it illegally anyhow.)

Cartalas, who finds reasons to justify his hatred of other people that are different then he is, all the while thinking his kind are what make the world such a darn nice place to live(disclaimer: if you are like Cartalas).

Now, i could go on a bender similar to hitting myself over the head with a hammer and live my life similarly, and heck find reasons why we should all hate...

a) americans
b) dogs
c) lousy shark bait
d) women with red hair
e) all of the above

but i like the common friggin sense god bestowed upon me at birth and i'd like for it to remain intact.
