Pearl Jam 10/3/05

Post by Gonzoie - Luclin »

Philly show the other night...

Ive been to my fair share of concerts of all types, Blue Grass Jazz, DMB, Rock, Grunge, but i must say, this could quite possibly be the best concert ive gone too ever.

The energy of the crowd was amazing, the band was amazing, eddie was talkative, mike was crazy, stone was great. The show was amazing, and there is a bootleg copy hosted at http://www.pearljam.com, problem is it cost 10 dollars to get, but its well worth it.. i waited this long cause i figured a torrent would be released of it, but none yet. If you are a PJ fan i suggest giving this bootleg a listen, very nice quality of the recording as well.

About 30 songs played.. including guitar favorite Yellow Ledbetter.. ( after the encores ). The band was amazing and well worth the night and price of the tickets, your getting off easy with a 10.74 download fee for 2.7 hours of great pearl jam music, including some funny shit eddie did.

Just picking nits....

Bootleg :To produce, distribute, or sell without permission or illegally

Seeing as pearljam.com is the official site, them selling their own live concert recording is ummm... not a bootleg.

Not a big Pearl Jam fan, but I think they are definately much better live then on record.

i didn't realize why 10 Club called them bootlegs either, but i didn't feel like going against the grain.. but for terminologies sake, yah.. they aren't really bootlegs.
