Rush wants to help

This time, Rush Limbaugh wants to help Donovan McNabb, not criticize him.

Limbaugh, who once said the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback was overrated because the media wanted to see a black quarterback succeed, wants to help McNabb and wide receiver Terrell Owens settle their differences on his radio show.

``I am here to offer and to assist. I can,'' Limbaugh said on his nationally syndicated radio show Friday, according to a transcript on his Web site. ``I could bring these two guys together. I've been there, folks, and I could do this, and I'm serious in my desire to do it.''

I was watching the pregame last night on ESPN and they were totally ripping TO a new one. The only one who came close to siding with TO was Michael Irving. They all think that Eagles will suffer greatly if TO keeps this bullshit up.

He'll play this year. Someone in my money league grabbed Moss and TO because peeps stayed away from TO until deep in the third round.

There's no doubt that TO is a physical specimen. Imagine his body with Marvin Harrison or some other semi intelligent receiver's brain or with a personality like Jerome Bettis. It is kind of entertaining watching TO and his agent make fools of themselves though.

TO is doing in Philly exactly what he did in San Francisco: destroying team chemistry. I predict that he's going to have a huge year statistically, disappear in the playoffs (again), and then try this bullshit again next season.

If Philly is smart, they will limit his regular season numbers, forcing his punk ass to perform in the playoffs if he want bigger money next season. No amount of lobbying by Jew Rosenholdout could make anyone but Art Modell pay for TO if he doesn't put up MONSTROUS numbers in playoff games.

Players like TO and Randy Moss are more trouble than they're worth. Unlike basketball, one player cannot push a team through the playoffs. In the NFL, your team must be more than the sum of it's parts, and those guys' "Me first, me second, fuck all the rest of you" attitude is deadly, and not to their opponents.
