Uhh...

Post by Truant »

So are there like no good games coming out lately? Or is it just that noone is really talking about them?

I'd guess we're in a bit of a lull, because I haven't heard of a new title out that people were ooing and aahing over.

Shit I haven't even heard of new bad games!

WHAT'S THE FREAKIN' DEAL?

There's nothing worth anything on the market at the moment. We are in a slump.

I really have no interest in anything that's come out in the last few months. I've been playing Final Fantasy 1 lately, to give you some idea of how fascinating the game scene is right now.

The summer is notorious for being slow but it is really ridiculous right now. To be honest, it's allowing me to pick through a ton of games that I've never completed(even the games that are considered short like God of War or Vagrant Story, yes I almost never finish a game). In addition, I never tire of most sports games. I still fire up Links, this year's MLB game and last year's NFL2K game on my Xbox. But you will usually find me on IGS playing Go as a first choice.

Get some yard work done or something until this fall and then prepare for a flood of entertainment with the new Xbox 360.

The NFL is also about to crank back up so this ultra boring baseball only June and July is about to end...and of course, for the non sportos, there's the new TV season in the Fall as well....ans Serenity opens Sept 30th!
