Hey all, I am looking for advice on a new purchase of a DVD/VCR combo. I currently have two dvd players hooked to my system because it seems they both only work half the time. I rented two DVDs this weekend and one movie would only work in one player and the other movie would only work in the other player. I am looking for a reliable player that will actually play anything I stick in it. I would like to play my DVD copies as well which only seem to play on my computer right now.
I still have a few VHS kicking around so I need the combo. I would liek to spend less than $400 if possible.
Thanks in advance.

I have a Toshiba SD-V290 and it's been great. I've had it for almost a year now. The current model is SD-V393 and you can find it at Best Buy for like 99 bucks.
