Surprised it took this long...

Well...this is as good as any post to start my account off on...
I just don't understand these people. Honestly, is the world going to have to see "A valid I.D. with some form of Sanity Proof" when you buy a video game? I personally cannot fathom how games, movies, t.v., or Bob Hope can make you *have* to do something.
When did we, as a world, lose touch that in every action we as a person take, we make the choice to take such action. Hence, the guilt solely rests on the stupid S.O.B that did the act.
God I hate my countries twisted justice system's loopholes of excuses that let you get away with OJ'ing somebody...whatever.

Kluden- JACKASS!!!!!!
I am starting to believe we need a law in this country that doubles any sentence if you try to blame your actions on anything other than yourself.

Some things never change.
I actually knew a guy that tried this cop out on a murder wrap. There was nothing wrong with his head, just a lack of judgement. The courts didn't sentence him to death, but sentenced him to life. He didn't get off from the murder wrap with this defense, but he's probably still alive because of it.
Just about all of us thought they should have fried his butt. A murder is a murder no matter the reason.

Kluden! Your dumb druid ass finally found us! JACKASS!
As for the case in point... reminds me of highschool and three guys in my class were in a car theif ring...2 shot 1 over a dispute. The two murderers tried the D&D defense... They thought the large black linebacker was an orc or something...
Whatever...they went to jail and are still there. I always hated people using that excuse.. lost touch with reality, my ass.... Kinda hard to tell me you thought you were your D&D character while filling someone with 38 rounds of .22 caliber lead...
EDIT: English really IS my first language...I swear

We collectively have witnessed the death of thousands of people in the movies.
We know blood and gore, rape, violence, incest, adultery, lust, theft, robbery, battery and murder.
If the arguement is that exposure to a thing makes one do a thing, it would have to be backed by the lot of us behaving in hideous ways.
Well guess what, for the most part we don't.
The arguement is weak.
Just say no to junk food journalism.

I'm gonna be a mass murderer b/c I saw a couple of the "Friday the 13th" and "Nightmare on Elm Street" movies...

Ridiculous or pathetic... not sure which is more apt...
