What's up with the crappy photoshop jobs on CNN.com?

Been noticing this every once in a while when visiting cnn.com. Sometimes they have decent photos, then for some reason switch out the background with a crappy cut and paste job. I guess this is a little naive, but isn't that kind of like lying? And if you are going to bother to do it, at least do it somewhat competently. I mean, it is VERY low quality work.

Mebbe voro can answer this... or get the hacks who do it to STOP IT GODDAMMIT.
