OK I just heard this on the radio.
There's this guy in Poland, who got a notice in the mail that he owed back taxes of a magnitude greater than twice his salary. He goes to a hearing to dispute the notice, gets worked up and dies of a heart attack.
The local goverment takes a second look at his tax situation and discovers that they messed up the numbers and sent him a notice by mistake.
Whew, I'd hate to be that county clerk who screwed up.
