It is entirely possible that Bush could lose the electoral college, and win the popular vote.
That would be hilarious as the dems all said that it meant nothing and the republicans whined that it meant Kerry was not "really" the president. That is flip flopping.

Get real... It doesn't make any difference which one gets elected... in the long run it's just a blip on the radar... I'm sure everyone will get over it...

If Bush wins, I will be (feel) safe in my home and the economy "may or may not" go down the tubes.
If Kerry wins, I will be biting my nails as he wastes time with his "Global Tests" to determine if the US has the worlds permission to defend itself, meanwhile, I will be taxed to death.
I don't actually "support" Bush, but I sure as hell prefer him to Kerry.

Dont worry Rellix, most of us europeans lost that a few years ago. This election just throw every last scrap of respect for the US out the window. And denying international inspectors into the election areas are gonna work wonders with countries that need vote inspectors. Noone will trust the US to be able to make sure a vote goes right after this. Basically you guys behaved (and yes, on both sides, but at least Kerrys guys only did it on their own, and didnt get the state and the vote chargers to cheat for them) worse than any babana republic first election.Rellix wrote:I really want to fucking move to Canada right now. The fact that this election is even close has made me lose all faith in Americans.
Its gonna be a fun social experiment though. The Soviet Union needed the cold war and a weapons race to go bankrupt.
Lets see if Bush cant do it on his own, without a country to compete with.

Watching last night, I saw a poll that asked voters if they though the war in Iraq was "The Fight on Terrorism."
54% Yes.
46% No.
Therefore, 54% of our country is uninformed. Please god tell me why we count these people's votes!
Those people that are dumb enough to think we're stopping terrorism by losing men in Iraq and taking out Saddam, they need to truly reconsider not voting in future elections. I just hope to god Jeb doesn't try to run in '08 - this country just might be dumb enough to vote for him (assuming we haven't been nuked by then).

miir and I are best friends.

You truly are uninformed aren't you? And you would feel safe with Bush? From what? His war in Iraq certainly has done a lot to improve your safety here!If Kerry wins, I will be biting my nails as he wastes time with his "Global Tests" to determine if the US has the worlds permission to defend itself, meanwhile, I will be taxed to death.
