DVD Burner Software

Post by Bubba Grizz »

Any recommendations? Looking for something inexpensive or even free. But if the better stuff costs then I'll deal with that. Thanks.

Depends on what you're looking for. Are you wanting something for a specific application or just general purpose? I mostly use Nero.

Anything other than EZ-CDCreator. Or whatever it's called now.

What are you burning? If you're burning images, use Alcohol 120%. It handles the most formats and has a nice virtual CD/DVD mount feature as an extra.

It's free if you find the crack. (binary newsgroups are your friend)

What about that program called X-Copy? I hear people get all giddy when they talk about it.

It's crap! well, if it's at all associated at all with DVD X-Copy it is.

Use DVD Decipher and DVD Shrink for free!

For CD copying, all you really need are Nero and Alcohol 120%.

I agree, DVD Shrink is the best program I've used when copying protected DVD's (and all DVD's for that matter). If you have Nero, it utilizes that also (Download the nero 6 ultra trial from their website, and download the crack).. its the only 2 program's youll need for DVD burning.

If you dont want to use Nero, download DVD Decryptor to go along with Shrink, both very useful
