OK I laughed when I saw this, while pausing on CNN last night. I can sympathize with someone not knowing how to get rid of an unwanted litter (wonder if the idiot knows what spaying is all about) but seriously using puppies for target practice with a handgun?

I'm surprised they didn't try to put the dog down afterwards.
Wonder how bad this dude was hurt.

I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

For some reason I don't really care if several people die in an accident, but if I hear a puppy died, like the three here, like tears begin to form in my eyes. Puppys > People

Because they are innocent little creatures and a lot of humans are bastards. I hope they put that guy to death. If he is cold hearted enough to kill completely innocent puppies then he's probably capable of doing the same to people. If you look back on the lives of a lot of serial killers they show signs that they were fucked up in early life when they tortured animals for fun, etc. Time to put that fucker to sleep.

I dont think he wanted to kill them for the kicks. It said no one wanted them and most likely he couldn't afford to put them down by a profesional.Keverian FireCry wrote:Because they are innocent little creatures and a lot of humans are bastards. A lot of local shelters will no longer take animals without a "donation". This is not an uncommon occurence on the farm or in the country. Shooting is a lot more humane than a burlap sack and the cow pond.
I know with farm cats you don't want to spay/neuter them all. Some years you may have 20 cats on the farm but a bad winter will kill most of them off naturally. Also raccoons and other varmints will take a few. Cats are necesary to keep mice and other rodents controlled but a common farm cat probably only has a three year life expectancy. Occasionally if a farmer does come across a kiten nest and he knows he already has too many cats, then it is necesary to "thin" the herd for the betterment of the rest. There is nothing cruel about it just necesity.
