Outside of the orginial Batman, any movie with Kim Basinger is crap.

Looks sorta lame to me... We already had a phone movie recently: Phone Booth.

Watching the preview and seeing the characters cheezy line "who are you" "i just picked up the phone...whack!" is enough for me to proove it to be a cheezy, half ass money-whoring flick

Cellular looks like a 2 hour commercial for Nokia or something.

I'm looking forward to the next cheesy ass modern technology-based thriller...
