Miami Subs is teh sukc. The ghey pastel color scheme and lousy food guarantees its failure anywhere in Texas.

Yeah, because Texas is such a culinary hotspot! :roll:

Cali, this isn't exactly gyros, but an ex of mine used to make a meatloaf with a mix of ground lamb and beef, and instead of regular spices, used like cumin and cinamon and stuff that ended up tasting very gyro like.

Slice that thin and put it on flatbread with tazeki, voila, gyro substitute!
