he just resigned a little while ago citing an extramarital homosexual affair...just saw this on msnbc...i saw one clip of him actually speaking saying something like "i am a gay american"

I think it should only be considered cheating on your wife/husband if it's with a person of the opposite sex since same sex marriages aren't recognized.

That may not be logical but it makes sense to me!

Gay affairs aren't recognized by the church, so why should the state care?
