Reports and confirmations came in that Rangers defense cap has been bumped to 240.
Ie: Good chance shamen and rogues might see that as their new cap likewise.

rogue defense is already 252. and shammies tank well enough as it is

I think he was saying rogues may well get bumped down to 240. In the message from VI about the monk nerf they stated the tanking order should be plate < chain/monk < leather.
