Did you not even read the text in the God damn url?Karae wrote:Way to post an utterly meaningless link that does nothing to address the main points of Farenheit 911, Rekaar.
<sarcasm>
You sure destroyed the movie!

Also had any of you read the first few paragraphs you'd see he retracted a few of his deceits when he was proven wrong. It's about as clean cut an analysis as I could find. At least pretend to be a free thinking individual and give a guy posting uncontested facts some credit.
The point of posting said url is to show pretty clearly that michael moore's film is full of half-truths and deception. It's a sad day indeed that no one reading this post even cares to know they are drinking up lies, yet out the other side of their faces shout epithets and curse the name of the President for lying...
If Moore has to work THIS hard to deceive, imagine how easy it would have been if the things he was trying to imply were true.
some of this may be very valid.Rekaar. wrote:http://www.davekopel.com/Terror/Fiftysi ... it-911.htm
It is no secret that Moore doesn't always let facts get in the way of making his points. But at least a couple of the links i've clicked off of your sight Rek have sent me to opinion articles in the NY Post.
An Opinion article in the NY Post is hardly a "source".
THe NY Post last Monday being the paper whose owner, Ruppert Murdoch (owns Fox), phoned in to the editor that Kerry was going to pick Gephardt as his running mate. He then prohibited anybody in the company from disclosing that he was the source for the report...which of course was wrong. But an opinion article from any newspaper is not a "source", let alone birdcage liner like the NY Post.
Also Rek, the author of your document makes some mistakes in attribution:
For instance he claims a quote to be published in a news article from USA Today, when in fact he hyperlinks it to the NY Post opinion page (again).
whether it is intentional or a mistake, i certainly can't say. THe website does disclaim itself to be preliminary.
