It's a brand new printer. Almost all of the Loan Officers in my company have gotten one. We are all having the same issue with it jamming up after a few pages. You pull out the jam and press continue and it works fine.

I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this and know of a fix? I have scoured the net and Lexmark's website, to no avail.

Thanks in advance.h

One bet is too make sure nothing is stuck inside the printer(around the rollers espicially). I'll think of some more reasons this would happen and I'll try to get back to you.
