Been forever since I last played, all the cheating kinda got to me (we're talkin years folks).

So, the quetions are..(a link to a good site that can answer these would work too).

Binds, how would I go about setting up quickbuy lists.
Also how would I bind weapons to where they are instantly selected (instead of pressing 2 twice for example, to select the weapon, and mouse wheel = teh suck).

Those are my main questions but if anyone else has suggestions on what would make CS more enjoyable fire away.

in a recent patch, they added a re-buy previous to the buy menu, no marcos needed now
as for the weapon switching, I doubt you'll need a 1 button switch, hitting 1 or 2 or 3 and then fire should be fast enough for anyone, and the lovely Q button.

Not fast enough for me ;)

Also I need more then "buy previous", will need different loadouts depending on what role I want to play and how much $$ I have. For example..the "My team sucks and all i can afford is a pistol and some condoms" loadout.

As far as fast weapon swap, i'm pretty sure that's in options once you load up the game.

I beleive rebuy previous works by a guntype-by-guntype basis. Buying big guns first, then small ones. Im not sure because since my old board fried and im still waiting on my new ram, I cant play.

I'm halfway debating reinstalling halflife just for the CS benifit... any way to block cheaters and crap these days?

bind key "slot1" - main wep
bind key "slot2" - sidearm
bind key "slot3" - knife

Also use hud_fastswitch 1 if you dont want to click 2 times to swap weapons.

As for grenades, you could do "slot4" for them aswell, but then you'd have to scroll through them if you have more than just a HE or whatever. So you'll have to bind separate keys for each and every of them.

bind key "weapon_hegrenade"
bind key "weapon_flashbang"
bind key "weapon_smokegrenade" or smgrenade, not sure

I dont use buyscripts, but there's really easy binds for them now.
bind key "m4a1" etc, i think. Not sure.
