Need help recreating a recipe

Had dinner last night at the Four Seasons hotel/resort in Dallas.

The main course that I had was really, really good, and I would like to try and recreate it sometime, but I'm not sure exactly where to begin. I had a green adobo marinated duck magret on a bed of wild mushroom risotto. There was a sauce on the side...red...wine tasting, but somewhat sweet... perhaps a port reduction.

The risotto was creamy and had a white cheese in it, and lots of wild mushrooms.

Also - anybody know of an online source to purchase duck?
