What changes have been made since december through april in EQ?
Vagueness sucks, be specific if you can.
Akaran of Mistmoore, formerly Akaran of Veeshan I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.
Specifically, the tedium to fun ratio has increased 450% and I find dealing with a collicky baby preferential to logging on.
The new expansion feels more like a science fiction game than a fantasy one. Unpronouncable alien names with goofy ass models... you think they would have learned players hate that shit after Luclin. At least in LDON we had badass orcs, goblins, vampires and (of course) frogloks.
I keep waiting for the centaurs to pop autocannons out of thier backs and the golems look like they could spout missile launchers.
How did it get revamped?
Specifically, what changes have been made towards hybrids in the revamping?

Hybrids saw little change... Although I hear that bows are a viable weapon for rangers now with the DX9 upgrade. The old clipping issues seem to have dissipated a little. Not sure if it's 100%, but I was hitting walltanked mobs with my bow and throwing daggers in PoTime a few nights back.
Mostly it's an update to the pure melee discipline abilities. Each class has 8-10 new ones, mostly in line with their classes. Warriors got a taunt line, rogues got a DPS line, monks got dps and pacify (i think)...
The rogue ones are kinda fun, and I'll only really be able to speak well on those. A new 5 minute disc that's an improved chance to crit and better chance to hit higher backstabs... and the assassin's strike which requires you to be hiddin for 5 or so seconds and you get a 1 shot 30 second refresh (basically) duelist backstab. It's fun, but the hiding requirement means that it's basically a first strike disc and then it's useless until the next mob.
