It appears to be a French/Japanese collaborative cartoon of some sort. There's only one Quicktime short on the site, but it's done really well, and has some pretty swell background music by Cornelius.

Anybody know where I can find more of Catfish Hotel?

make sure you have save to disk cache enabled in QT view the film, then pull it out of the cache...
