Did some reading. Turns out, in the origional GTA, there were three cities: Liberty City, Vice City, and San Andreas. So..
Akaran of Mistmoore, formerly Akaran of Veeshan
I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

It's not a matter of kissing ass so much as spending lots of money.
The exclusivity won't be indefinite either. It's usually 6 months or so. Depends on how much cash Sony threw at DMA/Rockstar.

Yes and sex is better than scuba diving, but only an idiot would compare the two.

also: yeah, it benefits rockstar to publish exclusivly on PS2, because obviously Sony will give them a break on royalties + other incentives to have a significant window of exclusivity. even if they got half a buck off the franchaise price (and really they're probably getting closer to a dollar or higher), that is pretty crazy if a game is going to sell five million units. this ensures that people will buy playstations if they really want to play the game and more clout. rockstar benefits because they would have sold substantially more ps2 copies anyway, and will eventually release it on other consoles and PC and sell to the holdouts that won't buy a ps2.

I hope this is the last GTA game on this generation of consoles though, because as much as I love them they are starting to look pretty fucking tired. I heard a rumor that they are planning on a bigass GTA game set in a las vegas themed city and want next generation hardware so they can make it look authentic with all the lights and animation and gaudy architecture.

I also kind of miss the generic thug that you play in GTA games as opposed to a fleshed out character like VC had. I hope they bring back the quiet man.

And here I was trying to rank worse than the average idiot. You really have a way of hurting people you know that. :(

How about having sex WHILE scuba diving!
In the bottom of a pool...with a weight belt strapped around your foot...with a tank and 2 regs 6 feet deep...ok it sucks, it was good in theory though 8)

I agree. The guy in GTA3 was totally own. I loved the bit where Maria called into the talk station gushing about the quiet guy she just met. I really liked the different outfits you could pick up in Vice City though.
