It wasn't poor use of your time. You just never mastered the art of cyber!!!11!

Seriously...well more seriously...EQ and it's community is much more than the game itself. In and out of game discussions continue to cover a broad range of interests for me at least. Remember there's such a thing as multitasking as well! You can have a second computer running with other activities besides EQ and be watching documentaries and other programs on your TV while playing EQ, etc. The time spent playing EQ isn't wasted unless you choose to waste it.

PS. if Gak is reading this. I'm just kidding about the TVs and other computer. I am totally focused on the raid!

Out with it! That laundry needs airing!
Rumor has it that this one momma bird would leave her little chick with relatives to cavort out-of-state with a rather blustery rooster for a week at a time. Karma always comes around, however, and when things started getting a little too "nesty" for him, the rooster sent the furious girl back to the henhouse for good. But, not before she had the chance to ruffle the feathers of some of the other flock (of hens). Who could these odd birds be?

I doubt I'll be picking up EQ2 or WoW. I had initially planned to but like others have stated, my RL is pretty full at the moment, and I just don't know where I'd find time to play it. I can't ever see myself playing a game again with the zeal I had for EQ when it was new.

I hope that everyone that does play it enjoys it immensely. :)

I heard from a close friend and confidant of a certain individual that may or may not have flown to a European continent to visit a certain other individual might have expressed a profound disappointment that the individuals equipment might have been as pathetic in real life as it was in game.

Just what I heard. 8)

Edit: Of course I also heard that a certain individual liked to be fisted, so it might have been a personal problem, though I kind of doubt it.

So was it the visitor's or the visitee's equipment which was found lacking?

Let's call it even and say it was a little from collumn A, and a little from collumn B. That way, everyone's a winner! (Well, except for collumn A and B...)

You probably don't know who the various "anonymous" persons are then, because I'm highly entertained. It can be confusing tho! Just remember, the Hen is different from the Lover of Telephone Poles, and the Rooster is not the Hotdog. Well, not the Hotdog in question, who knows tho!

...though I would like to add that as entertaining as this thread is in an "old OG drama" sort of way, I am reticent to say anything disparaging about any of my old guildmates - none of them were ever anything but 100% nice to me, regardless of their interactions with others.

Mary Queen of Scots made me laugh.

Last night I dreamed I was Jimmy Kimmel and I was having sex with an asian chick on a busy street corner of a housing development named Alta Mesa during a filming of The Man Show; and I was worried my wife would see.

I'll be playing casually.

I agree with what someone else stated. EQ took 3 years of my life away, at the tiem I really didn't have anything else to do....new town, knew noone, small office and I was boss man...that roughly equates to impossible to get a social life going.

But my new life keeps me very busy. I play FFXI now, but I only play maybe 1 night a week (and somedays during work, I work at home). I'd like to be as casual with EQ2.

I do find it kind of hard to get enjoyment out of a game though unless I'm at the top of the curve...
