Damn, sir - you have a stocked kitchen! I don't have nearly that much cookware, yet, but I'm still sorta in that acquiring phase of life...

Let's see:

1, 1.5, and 2 qt All-Clad saucepans
double boiler from Mom... hehe
3 qt Calphalon commercial non-stick chef's pan
8" stainless Cuisinart omelette skillet
12" cast iron skillet
8 qt Caphalon stock pot with strainer and steamer attachments
older 1 gallon pot from Mom...

and the various cake pans and whatnot

When I met my husband he didnt have a pastry blender OR a rolling pin. It was impossible for me to make pies at his house!
Those are 2 things I couldnt live without, but to list all my kitchen "needs" would take way to long
