Help, $400-$700, Quad display Video Card suggestions?

Hey guys I've got four video feeds coming off the internet and I need to display them into 4 full size TV sets. The video sources are coming into a computer so I need a solid video card that can handle four Screens, and have enough adapters such as NTSC or S-Video to plug TVs into it.

My price range is $400 to $700.

Here's one card I found matching these specs.

You guys unlike me are still gaming a lot and probably are more up to date on the latest video card products.

Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.
