Video Card Recommendation - $100 Price Range

I need to buy a new video card for my gf's pc, but I really don't want to spend a lot of money. I really just want to be able to use the pc to bot accounts in mmorpg's. What do you think would be a good choice for around $100? (The PC btw is a 1.8 Ghz Pentium with 512 MB of PC2100)

I'm kinda leaning toward a Leadtek GeForce FX 5200 ULTRA or a 9600 SE. I prefer ATI, but most of the sub $100 cards I see have no fan, which kinda scares me.

9600 Pro, was running around $85 for a 128 mb card last time I checked.

Proven, stable and only the newest cards are going to give you any better performance.
