Is there an online flying game out?
I am thinking that an online multi player based dog fight would PWN!
I think 1942 you can do this, but im not sure.

XWing vs. Tie Fighter was always a favorite. A bit old but still a lot of fun.
Anything recommended for a Lan Party situation in this genre?

Eve online has dogfight capabilities. I played in beta but I never got past the mining stage.
