New Tradeskill Interface On Test

Sweet, I really like the interface.
The biggest oversight that I can see in this new tradeskill system is the index of combinations and the ability to do combinations well above your skill level.
When I started baking on my rogue, I began making Filleted Bear, which was (I think) a 131 combine, merely because it was CHEAP, and I could do it all in the meat shop in Thurgadin.
I remember back when people had to buy books to get recipies for the combinations. I don't see why there can't be something along those lines for the different tradeskills available in the game. That way, if I wanted to do baking, for instance... If I wanted to get to the point where I could make Halas 10lb Meat Pies, I could buy the books that included Filleted Bear, Patty Melts, Jaggedpine Pastas and Halas Pies.
This could be done by expansion, in specific cities and "trained" in like the new melee discs.
If SoE implimented tradeskills in that manner, I think I might finally get around to finishing my coldain shawl on Pahreyia.
