I have it somewhere on VHS :P

It's very cool animation with a strange noir-ish story. Something about a (psychic?) racer on a futuristic circuit that encounters some ghosts of some other racers which for some reason make him go beyond human speed...and then his body proceeds to pretty much boil/varporize/explode very graphically...pretty fucked up to watch (back in the day on TV no less), but interesting.

Ky,

I could try and find the tape, but it might be better if you can get the Neo-Tokyo DVD. Look it up online. It's a collection of 3 anime shorts. The Running Man is one of them and the others sound pretty interesting. The quality will be much better than a copy from a 10? year old VHS tape.
