Virtual Fight 4:Evolution is by far the best fighting game I've ever played on PS2. Extremely complex and subtle. The fighting is very realistic, and is based on real fighting styles. If you want a fighting game, I can't recommend VF4:Evo enough.

Soul Caliber 2
I agree. I don't own a console, but this is the best fighting game I have played and Spawn kicks ass on the Xbox version(i loved the comics). I never liked Virtua Fighter games much at all. Never really played them too much, maybe its a series you need to really get into to enjoy it.

Not really. Its probably the fact that they've all pretty much sucked on consoles up until the ps2 versions.

Virtua Fighter 4: Evo gets my vote as well. Definitly not a game for button mashers though

Right, I didn't like SC2 that much because it is too mash friendly, although not as much as the original Soul Caliber.

I can't stand VF.. SC, however, is to die for.

I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.
