They suck because they can knock off ranked teams? I suspose OK is the best since they play loseing teams. Good call.......?

I'm not an OU fan, but do you really think OSU can keep up with that kind of an offense AND beat their defense? Give it to USC they have a chance this year.

Thanks to the NY times, USC may not get their chance. The times moved USC down to #5 today. So OSU is now number 2.

Too bad that the only poll that counts in the end is the one compiled by the BCS computers as well.

Plain and simple OSU/Michigan will be a war this weekend.
I would say it's too close to call.
I think if the OSU defense can contain Perry and make Navarre beat them, they have a very good shot at winning.
Both teams have a lot to play for and both teams will be up for the game.

Should be a real good game to watch.

yes, and the NYT poll is included in the BCS rankings.

actually the AP and ESPN polls are huge components in the BCS score calculations.

correct, they amount for the poll average. The NYT along with like 7 others make up the computer average

The NYTs rankings is pretty bad imo. I honestly think having computers ranking teams is bs. Computers can only go by the numbers thay can't take into consideration all of the randoms in football.

I also think LSU is underrated. The game this weekend will tell for sure though. They have one of the most impressive Ds I have seen in a long time. Only team in the country to hold teams to an avg of under 10 pts a game. #4 in total D, #2 in rushing D, #1 in scoring D.
