Having huge video card problems and I'm trying to narrow down the problem. Anyone having issues running EQ with DX9?

Narrowing it down now even as I type. It appears I may be having issues only with PoP zones. Anyone heard of that issue?

I was having issues until I downloaded the latest patch for my card. Works wonderfully well.
