Saving pics..

Ok, odd thing happening here. I'm saving pics to my HD, but it's defaulting them all as untitled and .bmp is the only option, even tho the source pics are jpegs and have proper filenames. Just started happening tonight. Any ideas? XP, IE, etc, etc.
