Game Rental Question
The other day I went to Blockbuster and rented some new game that I never heard before called Gladius. When I started playing I realized it was a strategy RPG. I HATE games like this. So I was wondering if Blockbuster would allow me to exchange a game for another for free, but no extension on the rental period. I kinda tried to do this when I rented Splinter Cell by saying it wasnt working on my ps2 but they told me to get a different copy. I know I couldnt do this with movies for obvious reasons, anyone ever tried this?

Sometimes if you totally hate it and you tell them that they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. (Retail principle #1!) It's worth a shot, but it probably just depends who is working that day and what kind of a mood they are in!

Depends on how much aggrivation saving that $5 is worth to ya.

A rental is what $3? Just live with it that you made a bad pick. I used to dread people like you wanting to return a game because you didn't like it when I worked in a video store. Do your research, or live with the bad game.

A rental down here for ps2 costs $7, and I picked up this game when I was returning Simpsons Road Rage (which is not a bad game at all, just repetitive). Its pretty hard to research a game that was 10 days old and got no press.Kguku wrote:A rental is what $3? Just live with it that you made a bad pick. Doesnt matter anymore anyways, it goes back tomarrow.
