Bad Stock

I got a question for al the stock experts out there. My Dad got his ass handed too him on some bad stock. It is now trading at $.00001 per share or something like that and it doesn't have any volume anymore. Is there any good way to get rid of this? There's like 148k shares sitting in my Etrade account right now that I am trying to close. They told me to do a worthless stock form and dump it that way before they will let me close the account.

Any advice is appreciated.

If it really is basicly worthless at the moment why not just get the physical forms of the stock and just sit on it? Who knows, it may not always be worthless, and you've already lost all the money you can on it.
