You can click the link on the main website and vote for games from 16 different game categories. Lots of games listed and a section to add a game if its not on the list. They say the results are going to be 100% from online voting.

I wrote in Everquest for the most addictive

But it wasn't listed in any other category. EQOA, Planetside, Star Wars Galaxies, Final Fantasy XI, and Halo to name a few that were listed.

They are a bit too late for video game awards, G4 already had a pretty big awards ceremony for games.

G4 had 2 different ones. The G4 awards and the Acadamy of Arts and Sciences awards. They continued to play them consistently for like a month a piece.
