Cornbread stuffing
Ok, the professional chef needs a good cornbread stuffing recipe for thanksgiving to serve in my Restaurant. 1000 VV's to the person who comes up with the best one that I can serve to about 200 people spending a small fortune to stay/eat at my place.

Pherr, here's my family's recipe for traditional Thanksgiving stuffing. Although it doesn't use cornbread in favor of the traditional bread cube stuffing mix, you may be able to substitute cornbread to good effect.
This is for one turkey.
2 bags Pepperidge Farms Stuffing (unseasoned)
1 lb. pork sausage (breakfast sausage)
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks of celery, chopped
2 cups chicken stock
sage
salt
pepper
Crumble and cook sausage in saute pan. Drain. Lightly saute chopped celery and onion. Mix with remaining ingredients in large bowl and add 2 tsp sage, and salt and pepper to taste.
