Of course much of it is opinion not fact, and is written by a high school teacher who is only published by a small near vanity press.

It's about 30% opinion and pretty good opinion at that. The guy's just joining the dots. Sure you can argue about how the picture will turn out.

I skimmed the thing after reading the first few paragraphs... He seems to make points that the anti-american crowd will jump on, but it really seems like he's leaving out a lot of variables and making assumptions on what other countries will respond with that have no real basis.
