Looking for Players for Once a Week Instances (OnlytheBrave)
I am not sure how many people remember me, but I used to be the Guildleader (and founder) of OnlytheBrave for 8 years (on and off). Which is still going strong last I checked. Myself and a couple of ex EQ'ers have been playing WoW once a week for about a year now, and what started out as a full set ...

Bored of EQ2 Already
I was convinced to try WoW again. For me a part time player.. it is SOO much more worth the time. The graphics are cartoony at first, but become very imerssive as a whole.
Cya in WoW.. level 18 Hunter already in 10 days.

OtB Recruiting
If your looking for a home in EQ2 or havn't picked it up yet and want to make sure you have community there, we are currently recruiting 5 or 6 people. We are mostly looking for tanks and maybe a few healers. Right now our guild is almost level 12 and working our way to the level 15 instanced raids....

Just though Id throw my 2 cents in.. I have played both games, and enjoyed them both. First lets all admit they are both far superior to EQ. Now me personally, I HATE soloing. If I wanted to solo, I would a solo computer or console game. When I play mmporg I am there for the group/raid feeling. That...

I played the WoW Open Beta with my wife (when the servers actually worked) and we now have been playing EQ2. I have also played EQ for over 5 years, DOAC for 6 months, FFXI for 9 months, AC for 3 months, and UO for 3 months. EQ2 and WoW seem like very similar games to me. I think in the end my wife ...

Only the Brave - Under New Leadership
Well I finally am retiring from the game. However OtB will go on! Spliskin as been elected as its new leader. Please be as nice to him as you all were to me (heh most of you!) Thanks to all the help and friendship Veeshan has shown me. But its time for me to move on from EQ. (yeah for the third time...

I don't really see why you have to choose VT or PoP? We have fully flagged for eles, while working on keying in our freetime. When everyone in your guild works together, it can be easy. But you have to be willing to play nice with other guilds, and help your members that don't play as much, or not a...

Or you just teach yourself asp/php and write the whole site from scratch like I did :P As far as FS/PD.. It saddens me greatly. Ress was one of the truely class act Guild Leaders that I have met. I /salute you bud. OtB is one of the few part time guilds left that are at the Tier2/elemental level now...

I go by the moddo, get access to as many mobs as you can to upgrade your guild. Get Seru keyed, Learn about ring events.. Get all the BoT Tower keys. Get Saryrns Key. Get VT Keys. Anything thats an upgrade, so you have more options when your raiding stuff. As far as skipping VT: We are at the point ...

Sorry for the highjack, but I feel the need to respond to the additude that if your not Elemental/Time, your an unsuccessful guild. My guild has 30-45 memeber over the last 1.5 years. We have progressed from Vindi > HoT > WToV > NToV > Sleepers > SSRA > Tier 1 Pop > Tier 2 PoP Every week we continue...

I personally like it. Make people use some strategy with thier 36, instead of zerging stuff tuned for 36 with 80. (Behemoth comes to mind) Besides the adventures only last 1.5 hours, I think our guilds can find a mature way to rotate people in fairly to see the new content. OtB is very much looking ...

Wizards for TL's LOL I would think they would be more important for MANABURN and Giants/Dragonsbane Nukes than any TL's. I said Required.. Your thinking like an Uber guild. I dont blame you much though, it took me a good 3 months after I left CoE to lower my perspective to a guild our size and leve...

I dont really disagree with this change at all.. More healing on raids is always greatlly appreciated. Lets look at the standard raid group of 42 or 7 groups.. Remember we are Pre Vindi, but post Trakanon, so my experience may differ from yours. Important Warrior(MT) Warrior(ST/Add tank) Warrior(Oh ...

There's no way the entire server is going to change the way we run so we can help the guilds that cannot help themselves I never suggested that at all. I dont expect anyone to step aside for us that out mobilizes us. I was just responding to Voronwes comment about if you cant get ragefire, you arnt...

if your guild can't commit the forces to camp it, they really aren't at a developmental stage yet where they can raid targets that require clickers. I just dont think this is true. The ability to have people online for 48 hours straight doesnt exactly relate to the ability to take down mobs that wo...
