These are far more inspired than the initial pass. Some of them are downright beautiful.

It's getting pounded right now, but it's something to see.
EDIT: Seems to be running better now. I like Libeskind's (World Garden is a terrific idea, it provides a nice but not obnoxious skyline, and the space below is attractive and functional) the best and United Architects a close second (for its unique memorial, powerful skyline, and revitalization features). Think was an interesting one as I like the sky park idea and can understand people's interest in the Foster and Parterners due to it's "fuck you terrorists" design. I just didn't care for their overall plans for the area as downtown really need revitalization.
