I've watched a lot of adult swim since I discovered it a couple years ago. My fave is Sealab 2021, because I actually remember the horrible cartoon it's based on.

Sealab has my favorite theme song, but aqua teen is definitely good for stoned people. Shake is such a bastard, I love it.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force fucking owns, I bought season one... I love the moonites and Carl. Carl is amazing, especially in the episode 'Total Re-Carl' when he gets his body destroyed, cept for his head, and they put his head onto a black man's body. The first things he says is like, "Why am I black? And where did I get this suit, its ridiculous." I laugh everytime.
