Well, after reading about this thing for 8 months or so, I finally went out and picked it up... My old case sounded like a lawnmower in my room, and was constantly venting hot air out of the single power supply fan...

This case is incredible... definate attention to small details, from the removable drive rails to the rubber grommets under the HDD for noise suppresion... also, this thing is actually cold to touch... seems almost like I could use it as a beer cooler also (will try this weekend)... I had no idea how much difference a good power supply makes... but my system seems much more stable since the change... CoH doesnt start having video errors and such or little wierd poly's on the screen...

Now time for my next purchase... a Dell 2001FP.. hopefully by the end of the month.

I picked an Antec Sonata up a few weeks ago for the same reason. My computer(s) are in the living room because I run HTPC to my projector to take advantage of fddshow filters to make DVDs look awesome on the big screen. The 10K raptor hard drive, while hella fast, screams like a banshee. After switching to the Sonata case, my computer is no longer the loudest item in my living room.

I'd recommend the case for people needing a new one. The TruePower supply is high quality and everything else about the case is well done and it's quiet as advertised although if you have a super loud HD, it won't be totally silent but much better than it was.

Here's an excellent review of the case:

The piano gloss black looks nice as a HT component too!

I have the 1080 AMG from Antec with the 430 True Power PS and it's whisper quites 99% of the time even with 6 fans in it... I'm very impressed with Antec.
