embedded video DLs?

so OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of band pages have embedded quicktime movies, is there anyway to save those to HD?, im assuming it goes into cache somewhere, but does it remain a normal quicktime viewable movie?
if so, where/how do i save them to disk as a normal viewable movie?
