So.... I'm confused how you came to own the account if he was the original owner. Do you have anything that documents the transfer of ownership? All I hear is "Some guy wants back the account I've been using because it's his".

Seriously though, KNOWING that SOE *has* and *will* return accounts to the original owners why in the name of god would you take over ownership of someone else's account and invest any amount of time in it?
