PowerPool-Powers are different

are different depending on your archetype.

Assault boosts damage by at least 7%. but get this, a Defender using the same power can buff the damage by 12.5%. Controllers buff by 10% (everyone else buffs by 7%). This is simply becasue Defenders are better Buffers than anyone else.

I am guessing some folks will think this unfair. Well, this is true for all pool powers. For instance, a Scrapper is still going to better with Fighting or Jump Kick than a Controller. A Defender is going to be better using Medicine than a Blaster.

Eventually, we will get Enhancements for these <-- He is talking about being able to use Enhs to boost the effects, like the leadership effects etc

Interesting, that makes me consider buying the Leadership abilities for 'Bang.

Aye! As it stands now, i believe only Defenders should pick from the Leadership pool!

But then again, since the effects stack, why not have a Tanker,Scrapper,Blaster,Controller AND a Defender doing the same Leadership Buff? :D

Toggle. And they can be interrupted.

Anyone know roughly how much end they cost? My Defender is in serious endurance shortage almost all the time...

All of the END costs in the Hero Planner are listed as 1. Which is the same as like... Cloaking Device, Targeting Drone, Stealth, etc.

I'm curious whether 1 is just inaccurate, or if it's the true value?
