Stats: 6'2'' 180lbs, need to bulk up for the summer
I'm looking at a more endurance-type workout for a tennis player, will be focusing on all parts of the body. Any supplements/dieting tips would be of great help. My workout schedule will be 5 days/week + trying to run every day. Any help of how to gain results the fastest would be awesome, thanks.
